Michelle Papouis is a recognised member of the Pilates Foundation UK
and is committed to maintaining the highest standard of teaching,
whilst also providing a personalised approach to clients and their
physical needs.
Michelle has offererd individually tailored Pilates bodywork experiences in High Barnet and London Studios for over 8 years. Her aim is to support and challenge all physical aptitudes and promote greater physical self-awareness and overall well-being. She will work with you to develop a personalised programme to achieve your aims and requirements. Each person is initially assessed and then consistently re-evaluated to ensure personal development and continuing improvement.
New clients attend their first session at the studio on a private tuition basis. This provides an opportunity for one on one attention during your initial postural assessment, medical update and introduction to the Pilates technique. After your introduction to the studio you have the option of either continuing with private tuition or small duet sessions.
Each tailored program addresses such issues as:
• Referrals from medical therapists
• Postural issues
• Overall body conditioning
• Work-related muscular stress and tension
• Specific sports-related requirements for increased performance
• Pregnancy – ante/post natal
